“Living Your Whole Life ~

Deeper, Fuller, & More Alive”

Workshop Series

What does it mean to create a life that is deeper, fuller, & more alive?

What would it mean to create your day so that you feel healthy, balanced, and satisfied?

What choices would you make to really live your life in a whole and conscious way?

These are some of the questions we will explore in this five-week series.  Each week begins with a body-centered exercise to relax and come present.  Drawing upon a variety of healing models, we will look at who we are, what we want, and what we offer (or want to offer) back to the world.  Come discover more of your own capacity to live a whole, rich life with this inquiry into the gifts and challenges of our mind, body, spirit, and emotion.

Creative and experiential!
